Daywise Tour Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival at Hanoi (1 Night)

Upon arrival, Our Tour Manager will assist you with all airport formalities and ensure a smooth transition to the hotel or sightseeing place as per the itinerary.

Day 2 Hanoi – Halong Bay (1 Night)

Today we proceed to Halong Bay - a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its emerald waters and thousands of towering limestone islands. Upon arrival we proceed to the jetty and board the cruise. Once we begin sailing, we can enjoy lunch on board while the cruise sails through the scenic waters, we explore stunning limestone caves, mesmerizing karst grottos, and pass by serene islands. Along the way, guests can admire remarkable rock formations and picturesque landscapes.

Day 3 Halong Bay – Hanoi – Hoi An – Da Nang (2 Nights)

Today we proceed to Hanoi. Later we fly from Hanoi to Da Nang - commercial and educational centre of Central Vietnam. Upon arrival, we see Dragon Bridge and other bridges on the river Han. We then proceed to Hoi An – an ancient town which was declared as World Heritage Site by UNESCO, is now a peaceful town of exceptionally well-preserved architecture, lifestyles and traditions. Upon arrival, we take a walking city tour of Hoi An and discover a 400-year-old Covered Bridge, Phung Hung Ancient House, Fujian assembly hall. Hoi An being the tailoring capital of the world you will find tailor shops on every street corner of this ancient town where you can get customised dress stitched in few hours. In the evening, see a different side of Hoi An when all the roads, houses, restaurants and cafes are illuminated by thousands of lanterns, creating a magical glow. Here we take a Lantern Boat Ride on the Hoai River and witness the town's architectural wonders come to life under the shimmering lantern lights. We then drive back to Da Nang.

Day 4 Da Nang – Ba Na Hills – Da Nang

Today we proceed to Sun World Ba Na Hills. We drive on one of the most beautiful roads of the city and arrive at the cable car station of Ba Na Hills. Enjoy the cable car ride offering spectacular views of Da Nang city and the surrounding forests. Here we first visit Golden Bridge – a curved golden hued bridge held up by two giant hands. We then enjoy the other attractions such as Le Jardin, French Village, Pagodas and Alpine Coaster (Subject to operation). We’ll then savor a delectable international buffet lunch at the Ba Na Hills. We descend by cable car and visit Marble Mountains – home to limestone caves filled with shrines of Lord Buddha followed by visit to Monkey Mountain to view the Linh Ung Pagoda and Lady Buddha – 67-metre-tall white statue of the Goddess of Mercy.

Day 5 Da Nang – Hanoi – Departure

Today we fly to Hanoi.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Duke Travels, we understand that travel plans can sometimes change due to unexpected situations. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to maintain clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for all our travelers.

Cancellation Charges

More than 30 days before travel date: A nominal cancellation fee of 10% of the total package cost will be applicable.
15 to 30 days before travel date: 25% of the total tour amount will be charged.
7 to 14 days before travel date: 50% of the total package cost will be deducted.
Within 7 days of travel date: No refund will be applicable.
No-show or unused services: Refunds will not be provided for unused bookings or services.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed after adjusting the applicable cancellation charges.
The refund amount will be transferred through the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing time may depend on banks, payment gateways, and transaction procedures.
Charges such as permits, visa fees, government fees, hotel policies, and other non-refundable expenses may not be eligible for a refund.
