Daywise Tour Itinerary
Arrival at Colombo International Airport. Meet our representative and transfer to Kandy. En route, visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage (optional). Check-in at hotel in Kandy and relax. Overnight stay.
After breakfast, proceed for Kandy sightseeing covering Temple of the Tooth Relic, Kandy Lake, Royal Botanical Garden, and cultural dance show in the evening. Overnight stay in Kandy.
After breakfast, proceed to Nuwara Eliya, also known as “Little England.” En route visit tea plantations, waterfalls, and scenic viewpoints. Check-in at hotel. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay.
After breakfast, transfer to Bentota beach town. En route enjoy river safari at Madu River (optional). Check-in at hotel. Evening free to relax on beach. Overnight stay.
After breakfast, transfer to Colombo. Proceed for city tour covering Galle Face Green, Gangaramaya Temple, Independence Square, and shopping malls. Overnight stay in Colombo.
After breakfast, check out from hotel and transfer to Colombo Airport for your onward journey with wonderful memories of Sri Lanka.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Duke Travels, we understand that travel plans can sometimes change due to unexpected situations. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to maintain clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for all our travelers.
Cancellation Charges
- More than 30 days before travel date: A nominal cancellation fee of 10% of the total package cost will be applicable.
- 15 to 30 days before travel date: 25% of the total tour amount will be charged.
- 7 to 14 days before travel date: 50% of the total package cost will be deducted.
- Within 7 days of travel date: No refund will be applicable.
- No-show or unused services: Refunds will not be provided for unused bookings or services.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed after adjusting the applicable cancellation charges.
- The refund amount will be transferred through the original payment method whenever possible.
- Processing time may depend on banks, payment gateways, and transaction procedures.
- Charges such as permits, visa fees, government fees, hotel policies, and other non-refundable expenses may not be eligible for a refund.
